I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom, special or personalized orders
• Bath & Body products (like lip balm, sugar scrubs, soaps)
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale or clearance
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the new and original condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at babybirdsdesignco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you on how and where to send your package to. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
